Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to purchase an AI House Rules product. The site and products are intended for parents and caregivers, not for use by children on their own.

The AI House Rules Complete Kit is a digital product delivered as downloadable files. There is no physical shipment.

A Kit purchase includes the product described on the sales page at the time of purchase and any revised editions released during the six months following that purchase. Revised editions are updates and corrections; they do not promise entirely new products or modules.

We grant the purchaser a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, print, complete, and use the product within the purchaser's household only.

Classroom, school, clinic, organization, coaching, public, resale, redistribution, or other third-party use requires prior written permission from us. You may not publish, publicly share, or upload the files to file-sharing or content sites, use them to provide paid services to others, or use them to train machine-learning models without that permission.

AI House Rules retains all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in its products.

AI House Rules products provide general family guidance written for parents and caregivers. They are not psychological, medical, mental-health, educational, investigative, or legal advice, and they do not create a professional relationship.

Incident-response material is general and conservative, but it is not exhaustive or a substitute for qualified help. Contact local emergency services in an immediate emergency and consult an appropriate professional for medical, mental-health, educational, or legal concerns.

Laws, school policies, platform age requirements, and reporting procedures vary and change. You are responsible for checking the current rules that apply to your family.

Every child and family is different. We do not promise a particular change in behavior, academic result, school decision, or family outcome.

The site and products may reference AI services, schools, payment providers, or other third parties. We do not control their services or policies, and a reference is not an endorsement. Verify current third-party terms before relying on them.

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or scrape or copy content at scale.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. AI House Rules will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow every exclusion or limitation, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold AI House Rules harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your place of residence or purchase. A dispute may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchase a product governs that purchase. A revised effective date will be shown when these terms change.
