Privacy Policy

Your answer choices are held in your browser’s memory while the quiz page is open so the site can calculate your result. We do not send your individual answer choices, a child’s name, school, birthday, or other direct child identifiers to Klaviyo.

We may keep campaign information from the page URL—UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term, and an fbclid—in this browser tab’s session storage. It may accompany a report request or Shopify checkout link.

We send your email address, a unique request identifier, and a derived quiz summary to our Cloudflare-hosted report endpoint and then to Klaviyo. The summary can include your result type, readiness score and band, six category scores, lowest category, age-range tag, main-concern tag, confidence tag, companion-use and homework-risk signals, recommended actions, and available campaign attribution.

We use this information to create or update a Klaviyo profile, record the report request, and create and deliver the report you asked for. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to marketing. Any marketing subscription requires a separate opt-in.

If you separately check the optional marketing box, we also send your email address and that consent to Klaviyo and add you to our quiz follow-up marketing list. We may then send practical family AI tips and occasional product offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect your requested report.

You can choose “Continue without email” instead. That reveals the on-screen result without sending a report request to Klaviyo.

We send the email address you submit to our Cloudflare-hosted waitlist endpoint and then to Klaviyo. The campaign attribution described above may accompany the request and be stored with the waitlist profile; we do not send a name, phone number, child information, or other form fields. Klaviyo sends a confirmation email, and you join the waitlist only after you confirm your address through that message.

By confirming, you consent to receive emails specifically about Complete Box development and pre-order availability. This does not subscribe you to a general newsletter, and no payment is collected when you join. You can unsubscribe using the link in any waitlist email.

Cloudflare hosts the site and request endpoints and may process technical request information such as IP address, request URL, system configuration, referrer, and locale for delivery, reliability, and security.

The Meta Pixel is enabled, so Meta may receive page-view and funnel events. Those events can include the current question number (not the answer choice); result type, age-range tag, main-concern tag, readiness band, and lowest category; whether email was skipped or a report request was accepted; result viewing; and checkout value, currency, plus either the result type or a landing-page source label. Our Pixel integration does not send your email address or individual answer choices to Meta. Meta may still use cookies, device identifiers, and network information under its own policies.

If you choose a purchase link, we redirect you to a Shopify cart and may pass the campaign attribution described above. Shopify and the store then process checkout and customer information under their applicable policies.

We use Klaviyo for requested reports and Complete Box waitlist subscriptions, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Meta for measurement and advertising when the Pixel is enabled, and Shopify for checkout. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries outside Republic of Korea where they or their subprocessors operate.

Quiz answer choices are not saved by us as a raw-answer record. Campaign attribution in session storage normally lasts only for the browser-tab session.

We retain the email address, request identifier, and associated report-request data in Klaviyo for up to 12 months after the most recent request. We then delete or anonymize that data during routine account maintenance.

Confirmed Complete Box waitlist details are kept while you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe, Klaviyo may retain a limited suppression or consent record so that we can respect and document your choice.

The 12-month request-data period is separate from Shopify order records, which may be kept as required for tax, accounting, payment, and legal obligations; support correspondence, which may be kept while we handle and document a request; and limited security logs or backups maintained for system integrity. A limited record may also be kept longer when required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Other providers apply their own retention policies to data they control.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can also use browser or Meta settings to limit cookies and similar technologies. To ask a privacy question or make a request, email support@aihouserules.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

This site and quiz are designed for parents and guardians to reflect on family practices. Please do not enter a child’s email address or other direct identifier. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when the product or our providers change. We will post the revised effective date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
