Refund Policy

1. Email support@aihouserules.com from the address used at checkout, or include your order number.
2. Say that you would like a refund.
3. We will process an approved refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.

No reason, proof, or personal explanation is required.

• The 30-day request window begins on the date of purchase, not the date you download or open the files.
• Because the product is digital, there is nothing to return. After a refund, delete your copies and stop using the material; the license ends when the refund is issued.
• The refund is limited to the amount you paid, including when a discount or promotional price was used.
• We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund cycles for the same customer and product.

After 30 days, a standard refund is generally unavailable. If you never received the files, a download failed, or you were charged twice, contact us anyway so we can investigate and help.

Your download should arrive by email after checkout. If it does not, check your spam or promotions folder, confirm the email address on the order, and then contact support so we can resend it.

A delivery problem does not cause you to lose your purchase.
